By downloading or using Ink Studio Pro ("the Software"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Ink Studio Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the software for personal or commercial use.
The software may be used in its free version or with a purchased license that unlocks additional features.

Ink Studio Pro may be distributed as:

Purchasing a license grants access to enhanced features according to the version offered at the time of purchase.

Payments and license management are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
When purchasing a license, you agree to the terms and policies of Lemon Squeezy related to payment processing and transactions.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to Lemon Squeezy's policies.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute the software without permission
- sell or sublicense the software
- modify or create derivative works of the software
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
unless permitted by applicable law.

Screen Content Disclaimer
Ink Studio Pro provides tools for drawing and annotating directly on the user's screen. The software does not record, capture, store, or transmit screen content.
Users are solely responsible for how they use the software and for any content that appears on their screen while using Ink Studio Pro.
License Key Usage
License keys provided for Ink Studio Pro are intended for use by the purchaser only.
Sharing, distributing, or publicly posting license keys is prohibited. We reserve the right to deactivate license keys that are found to be misused, shared publicly, or used in a manner that violates these terms.
Fair Use of Licenses
